Somehow, between the two of us,
and I have not one, not two, but THREE new books coming this fall/winter! So here’s just a little bit about each of them. Also, we’re beginning to schedule speaking, so if your college/university/classical school/church would like a book talk, this is your chance to invite the two of us together (or separately, I suppose—although I think we’re double the fun together!) to talk about any configuration of these!Thing 1
Abortion and America’s Churches: A Religious History of Roe v. Wade is coming with University of Notre Dame Press in October.

My book Christians Reading Classics is coming with Zondervan Academic in November! Also, stay tuned, a related podcast will launch later this summer! More on this soon.
Thing 3
Last but not least, coming in January 2026 is Dan’s labor of love, which he had almost finished writing originally in 2020, right when all the archives shut down so he had to put the project on hold for a few years: The Search for a Rational Faith: Reason and Belief in the History of American Christianity (note: Amazon may still have the book listed as publishing in September, but it will actually be early January).
